Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Jugro Transport Int'l Phils Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • College degree in a related field, such as Human Resource, Business Administration, or Logistics Operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a top management structure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases is an advantage.
