About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Market Operations Lead to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our local team, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing our on-the-ground operations in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch Execution: Coordinate the setup of our operations from the ground up - covering supplier onboarding, process design, workflow documentation, and rollout.
  • Operational Control: Oversee daily activities such as order flow, partner coordination, quality checks, and real-time issue resolution.
  • Customer Success: Map guest and hotel partner journeys, ensuring every touchpoint drives satisfaction, repeat usage, and long-term retention.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with hotels, kitchen operators, suppliers, and delivery providers on our platform.
  • Team & Communication Hub: Serve as the key link between local operations and international organisation, ensuring smooth communication with HQ, offshore teams, and product/marketing functions.
  • Standards & Measurement: Develop repeatable processes, service protocols, and monitoring tools (fulfilment metrics, service targets) to ensure consistency and accountability.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest and partner queries, handle escalations, and capture feedback to refine the customer experience.
  • People & Growth: Establish systems for recruiting and training support roles as order volume expands.
