Management Development Role

This is a career-defining opportunity to launch and scale a brand from inception to market presence. You will work closely with seasoned teams, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of building and growing a brand.

Responsibilities - First Year
  • Brand Incubation: Participate in the initial stages of brand creation, working alongside experts to shape and define the brand's identity and strategy.
  • Market Research: Conduct product and market research, collaborating with the brand team to inform development decisions.
  • Brand Development: Contribute to the growth and expansion of the brand, supporting the brand team in different stages of the lifecycle.
Team Assignment After Year One

After completing your first year, you will be assigned to either the Brand Incubation Team or the Brand Scaling Team:

  • Brand Incubation Team: Focus on launching new brands, applying learned experience in brand creation and market introduction.
  • Brand Scaling Team: Focus on strategies and activities that contribute to the growth and expansion of established brands.
