Job Title: Senior MES Customer Support Engineer

You will work closely with our support team and clients to identify and troubleshoot problems, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of experience in software development and support
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and programming languages such as C# and Java
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
