As a technical specialist, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class payment technology and software solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve client and merchant technical support issues related to point-of-sale (POS) products via telephone, email, chat, or SMS.
  • Utilize various databases to select the best processing method and explain the solution to the client in order to resolve inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all inquires and problems handled.

You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and build your knowledge of POS products, policies, customer service procedures, and compliance guidelines through ongoing training and referring to online manuals as required.
