Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Multi-Skilled Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient working environment across facility operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and perform minor repair work on various facilities equipment.
  • Attend to day-to-day employee requests and respond to service calls in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, document faults, report issues, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Inspect buildings to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify areas requiring repair or maintenance attention.
  • Coordinate repairs with our facilities management team and external contractors as necessary.
  • Provide support for events and assist with meeting/conference facility needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Technical certification or diploma in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or carpentry trades.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-skilled maintenance or facilities operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in site maintenance deliverables.
  • Ability to create and handwrite technical documentation and shop drawings.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and building inspection procedures.
