Job Description:

A senior-level professional in engineering management is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of complex systems and equipment. They ensure that all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and commission building equipment and systems
  • Establish and update equipment databases
  • Develop comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules
  • Manage technical staff to execute routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks
  • Prepare and oversee maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire detection and protection, sanitary, and utilities systems
  • Maintain and update technical records, manuals, brochures, as-built plans, correspondences, turnover documents, equipment records, repairs, and expenditures
  • Recommend measures to upgrade or enhance facility operations and desirability
  • Ensure timely renewal of permits, licenses, and government-mandated requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
