Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Growth Expert to join our team at ELECTROMOTIVE Transport Products & Solutions, Inc. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing tactical plans to successfully introduce our portfolio of Electric Ground Services Equipment to the market.

You will work closely with the Chairman and other team members to identify prospective clients, determine their needs, and match these with the appropriate solutions. Your primary goal will be to maintain a healthy sales pipeline by continually seeking and engaging new clients.

In this role, you will conduct sales presentations and business meetings to qualify client requirements, prepare and present business proposals and quotations, and negotiate these to closing. Additionally, you will continually improve product and industry knowledge to stay ahead in the market.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify prospective clients and their needs
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Conduct sales presentations and business meetings
  • Prepare and present business proposals and quotations
  • Negotiate deals to closure

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience, with 5 years in corporate/B2B sales or fleet account management
  • Knowledge of industrial transport and ground services equipment is an advantage
  • Established network within airport/seaport operations, warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing industries is a plus
