Job Title

We are seeking a Business Solutions Specialist to join our Customer Success Team.

This role involves developing standardized solutions for customers by collaborating with professionals. You will research and resolve customer issues related to change events, manage escalated events as needed, install, upgrade, test, and configure systems for implementation projects, consult with clients to analyze operational needs and understand business objectives, inform customers and stakeholders of project progress and track implementation to ensure deadlines are met, perform initial technical implementation of technology products and address scheduling issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Implementation: Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems for implementation projects.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to analyze operational needs and understand business objectives.
  • Project Management: Inform customers and stakeholders of project progress and track implementation to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform initial technical implementation of technology products and address scheduling issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to achieve desired results.
  • SQL skills are required.
