Sinag Solutions is actively seeking 2 (two) dedicated full-time Junior Business Architects/Analysts to join our expanding team. We invite individuals who are either recent graduates or possess 1-2 years of relevant work experience, with a particular interest in those with a background in Business Analysis or Process Analysis.

ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Junior Business Analyst/Architect, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between strategy and execution, streamlining the IT enablement process, and contributing to the growth of our organization. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, documenting business requirements, defining business processes, and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders on projects.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Junior Business Analyst/Architect is responsible for ensuring the application of business architecture for both business and IT value. Key accountabilities include:

• Develop a business architecture strategy based on an understanding of various business scenarios and motivations.
• Apply a structured approach and methodology for capturing key views of the enterprise.
• Capture tactical and strategic enterprise goals, providing traceability and governance metrics.
• Describe primary business functions, differentiating between customer-facing, supplier-related, business execution, and business management functions.
• Define strategic, core, and support processes, identify external entities, and describe the involvement of people, resources, and controls.
• Define shared data and relationships between data.
• Capture relationships among roles, capabilities, and business units.
• Assess process maturity based on People, Process Execution, Data Quality, and Tool Performance.
• Collaborate with Domain architects and leaders to develop domain roadmaps.
• Collaborate with solution/technical architects to deliver necessary business architecture artifacts.
• Develop proficiency in architectural modeling tools and other relevant software.
• Present recommendations and solutions clearly and concisely.
• Advocate for the adoption of "best practices" to standardize business architecture outputs.
• Actively participate in enterprise portfolio investment strategies.
• Demonstrate business thinking and strategic insight to align solutions with corporate strategy.
• Effectively manage priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Open to fresh graduates and applicants with 1-2 years of related work experience/background in Business Analysis or Process Analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Enterprise Architecture (EA) concepts, frameworks, and principles, with the ability to understand and support EA activities under guidance, is a plus.
• Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Re-engineering.
• Analytical skills with the ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows.
• Experience in facilitating workshops, discussions, and focus groups.
• High level of competence with MS Visio.

WORK SET-UP:

• This is a full-time, hybrid position offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will primarily work remotely, with occasional work at our Ortigas office and client sites as projects require.
