Business Analyst Role Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements and developing comprehensive solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Your expertise in business analysis and problem-solving will be essential in identifying opportunities for process improvements and developing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business requirements and develop comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop innovative solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data systems and management.
  • Proven success in business and quality analysis roles involving complex project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities at all organisational levels.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., user stories, process flowcharting, requirements documentation).
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and change platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Open Project, Azure).
  • Ability to communicate complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
