Job Description

This role involves assisting project teams with implementing Dayforce configurations that follow best practices. The Senior Solutions Specialist will provide limited customer support to clients awaiting implementation of their Dayforce product and deliver long-term solutions to fix configuration gaps identified by Dayforce customers post go-live.

  • Confirm, gather, understand, and document customer requirements.
  • Consult customers on various options to address business requirements using best practices, considering downstream effects of configuration choices, deep understanding of data flow in Dayforce and third-party applications, and applying product performance and cloud resources to optimize solutions.
  • Write SQL code to identify, troubleshoot, and fix data as well as configuration issues in the customer's Dayforce instance.
  • Understand, troubleshoot, and modify XML and XSLT code.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer-related fields, with 4+ years of support experience or equivalent. Superior communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required, along with strong proficiency in SQL and an understanding of relational database systems.
