Our company is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Global Business Solutions Architect.

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team in APJ as a Global Business Solutions Architect. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and aligned solutions to clients.

About the Role: The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic business and technical guidance on implementing Degreed solutions.
  • Offer expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
  • Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.
  • Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.
  • Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus.
