
Remote Customer Support Specialist

A Customer Support Specialist role has become available within our organization.
We are a remote, AI software and compliance operations platform startup that helps customers build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows.

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Level 1 Specialist to join our Support & Success team. This specialist will be the primary point of contact between our organization and customers from various backgrounds and industries.
The working hours for this position are 8am-5pm UTC+8.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide expert advice on using our software to meet customers' needs.
- Track customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Assist prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand our product functionality.
- Serve as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to our Product Managers.
- Collaborate with our Customer Success Managers to handle large customer accounts.
- Contribute to our knowledge base by creating helpful articles and guides.
- Deliver product demos to prospects and onboard new customers.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
- An attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- A passion for building and maintaining strong relationships with remote customers.
- A growth mindset and self-motivated approach to learning and development.
- Familiarity with technology, including CRM systems like Salesforce and support tools like Intercom.
- Availability to work 8am-5pm UTC+8.
