
Customer Support Advocate

We are seeking an experienced customer support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues that impact customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center or support role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
