Business Development Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to drive lead generation and appointment setting for our recruitment agency.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience delivering sales results in recruitment or staffing firms
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms (e.g. High Level, Salesforce, HubSpot)
