Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)


About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to drive outbound revenue growth for a scaling B2B company.

You will work closely with the client team, owning end-to-end campaigns targeting decision-makers and managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers. The company provides comprehensive lead intelligence, premium outreach tools, and clear sales targets.

This role suits individuals who have consistently hit targets in complex B2B environments and want to join a company serious about scaling their revenue.


The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing outbound campaigns targeting high-value prospects
  • Conducting research to identify key decision-makers and influencers
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
  • Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
  • A reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for the role
