Job Title: Account Growth Specialist


At our company, we're seeking a skilled and results-driven Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and expanding existing relationships with top customers in the excavator product line.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction for key accounts
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process for major deals in the excavator product line
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each key account
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategy and maximize sales performance
  • Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance and pipeline

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Familiarity with the excavator product category and the construction industry
