Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lab Test Coordination:
    • Process lab test orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of results.
    • Collaborate with vendors (e.g., diagnostic labs, customers) to resolve order or delivery issues.
  • System Monitoring & Issue Resolution:
    • Monitor internal dashboards for system delays or outages.
    • Proactively troubleshoot and escalate issues across multiple systems.
  • Customer Support & Communication:
    • Provide direct support to customers via Slack, email, and internal ticketing systems.
    • Maintain SLA standards for response and resolution times.
    • Interact with clients primarily through chat, with occasional voice support.
  • Operational Assistance:
    • Assist the Operations team with routine tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to support process improvements and documentation.
Requirements:
  • 3-7+ years of professional work experience in a startup environment or healthcare settings.
  • Experience in healthcare settings is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical aptitude; comfortable working across multiple systems and tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially written communication via chat.
