We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Professional. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a real difference in people's lives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting patients with scheduling appointments, accessing medical records, and answering inquiries regarding medical services, insurance coverage, and billing.

You will be responsible for verifying insurance coverage, processing medical claims and bills, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieving performance targets related to customer satisfaction and quality is also a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inquiries regarding medical services, insurance coverage, and billing
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and accessing medical records
  • Verify insurance coverage and process medical claims and bills
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in healthcare or related field preferred)
