
Virtual Office Administrator

As a highly organized and detail-oriented professional, you will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth administrative processes across three U.S.-based companies.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online files for three companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage all billing processes.
- Maintain detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets.
- Audit real estate contracts to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Coordinate vendor schedules, answer and route calls on the company phone line, and handle general administrative tasks.
- Bookkeeping Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication.
This role is critical in supporting our real estate operations and requires a high degree of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
