Business Transformation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled PowerApps and Integration specialist to streamline business processes, build scalable internal applications, and drive automation success.

This role is ideal for someone with passion for low-code solutions, strong understanding of data integration, and ability to translate business needs into efficient digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to meet organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to enhance productivity and reduce manual errors.
  • Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and external APIs to leverage enterprise systems.
  • Customize and extend PowerApps using PowerFx or JavaScript to tailor solutions to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, transform them into functional applications, and ensure seamless user adoption.
  • Implement security measures, governance frameworks, and compliance standards in the app environment to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Document solutions, provide training to end-users as needed, and support ongoing app enhancements and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Business Analysts, to drive successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, especially PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and integration techniques.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and/or SQL Server to leverage enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, PowerShell, or custom connectors to expand technical skills.
  • Background in automation and process improvement to drive efficiency gains.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with international clients to broaden professional perspectives.
  • Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Power BI, or Dynamics 365 to expand technical capabilities.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related technologies to demonstrate expertise.
