Global Business Solutions Architect

We are seeking an expert in solution design to play a key role in shaping our approach to helping enterprise clients unlock the full potential of our platform.

This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and client-aligned solutions that drive performance and value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture, with experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.

They will possess a solid understanding of cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols, as well as strong storytelling and solution-selling abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with potential clients on implementing Degreed solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.

Experience:

  • Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.
  • Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.

Skills:

  • Strong storytelling and solution-selling abilities.
  • Ability to turn complex technical topics into clear business value.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions.
  • Knowledge of integration methods (APIs, SSO, data feeds).

Work Environment:
