We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Cloud Solution Expert. This individual will be responsible for delivering expert-level cloud solutions to our clients, ensuring that their technology infrastructure meets their business needs.

Job Description

The Cloud Solution Expert will work closely with clients to understand their current IT infrastructure and identify areas for improvement. They will then design and implement custom cloud solutions that meet the client's specific needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Understanding customer business objectives and technical requirements;
  • Determining optimal cloud platforms to achieve stated objectives;
  • Analyzing collected data and identifying key insights;
  • Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations to clients and stakeholders;
  • Supporting seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions;
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in cloud technologies;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Strong comprehension of cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions, as well as related tools and subject matters;
  • Practical experience assisting customers deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage assessment discovery platforms;
  • Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer cloud migration reasons and goals;
  • Experience in deploying cloud solutions and architectural design is desirable.
