Business Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission by working closely with our teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- You will work with project managers to ensure scope is well-defined and tracked.
- You will document requirements for system implementation, enhancements, and features.
- You will evaluate existing business processes and systems, identify requirements, and develop strategies to maximize opportunities.
- You will facilitate meetings to elicit requirements from business users and stakeholders.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:
- Analysis and recommendation of business process improvements
- Development of business cases and proposals
- Facilitation of workshops and meetings to gather requirements
- Creation of detailed documentation and presentations
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience in performing Business Analysis in Software Engineering or Software Testing
- Hands-on experience with Bug Tracking tools such as Jira, Mantis, or BugZilla
