Our company is looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and building high-quality applications using React Native. We are seeking an individual with significant experience in React Native development, who has a proven track record of shipping production applications. You should have expert knowledge of React Native architecture, navigation patterns, and performance optimization. In addition to your technical skills, we value strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
This role involves working closely with clients to translate complex business requirements into innovative digital products. You will collaborate with distributed teams, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to build secure, high-performance applications. Our engineers are known for building high-quality, scalable solutions that solve real-world problems.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Significant React Native development experience
  • Expert knowledge of React Native architecture, navigation patterns, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with platform-specific implementations (iOS/Android) and native module integration
  • Experience with state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, memory management, and performance best practices
  • Knowledge of mobile-specific UI/UX patterns and responsive design principles
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
  • Knowledge of offline data synchronization and caching strategies
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and internationalization
  • Practical experience of delivering in an agile environment

Our interview process typically involves three rounds:
  1. Talent Call (30 minutes via Zoom): An introductory conversation with a member of our talent team to learn more about your background, experience, and career goals.
  2. Hiring Manager Interview (45 minutes via Zoom): A conversation with a hiring manager focused on your approach to teamwork, client collaboration, and problem-solving in an enterprise development setting.
  3. Client Interview (if required): Depending on the project, there may also be an additional interview with the client.
