Job Title: Senior Medical Device Complaints Manager

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Device Complaints Manager to join our team at RecruiterPH.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall management of medical device complaints handling, ensuring high-quality delivery and meeting client service level expectations.
  • Develop and implement improvement initiatives to enhance complaints intake and management process efficiencies.
  • Maintain clear understanding of customer KPIs and ensure alignment with Quality Control Plan requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and coordinate PFMEA/Quality Control Plan improvements.
  • Manage efficient work allocation, track team performance, and monitor attendance.
  • Oversee team attrition, adhere to floor policies, and manage administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, including Information Security Management Systems, and maintain confidentiality of company information.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Pharmacy or any related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in medical device complaints handling, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • At least 2 years of team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with PFMEA and Quality Control Plan principles.
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to night and shift schedules.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Results-driven and proactive approach to improving processes.
