Key Responsibilities:- Source and evaluate top candidates from our existing talent pool, ensuring alignment with client needs and maintaining backup options
- Conduct multiple interviews during the shift, serving as the final decision-maker before candidate endorsement to training or client introduction
- Coordinate requests between candidates and Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams
- Prepare detailed evaluation reports to assist clients in making informed hiring decisions and reflect our quality standards
- Achieve monthly goals by recommending candidates that meet client standards and quality expectations
- Develop resilience and focus in a goal-oriented environment with daily targets
- Support various teams within recruitment as needed, adapting to priorities
- Excellent English communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Strong attention to detail
