The role of the Recruiting Manager involves leading a team of recruiters, driving best practices, and acting as an ambassador for the company brand. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a talent for developing recruitment strategies that attract top IT professionals.
- Lead a team of recruiters, guiding them to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations.
- Act as escalation point for issues arising from the team and identify solutions beneficial to both parties.
- Support recruiters with workload allocation, forecasting volumes, planning headcounts, and delivering effective performance optimization.
- Recruit and induct new staff members as required, ensuring efficient onboarding processes minimize disruption to clients and improve time to productivity.
- Monitor and achieve targets related to budget, SLAs, effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee managerial responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing recruitment teams, and helping team members meet established goals and metrics.
- Establish regular communication with the team, participate in daily huddle and team meetings with established agendas.
- Serve as front-line escalation for executive leadership teams and recruitment management groups.
- Develop recruitment strategies and processes to enhance outcomes.
- Define and communicate individual and team KPIs via scorecards.
Key Qualifications:
- Detailed understanding of end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager.
- Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire IT professionals in Latin America aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs continuously expanding the talent pool.
- Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with recruiters and other stakeholders to understand position requirements advise on market trends and drive the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and develop strong client relationships able to interpret data from various internal and external sources predict trends.
