We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Support Specialist.

Job Description

This role will involve providing day-to-day executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and inbox organization. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, summaries, and presentations in collaboration with the finance team. They will also assist in investor relations and board communications, track key deliverables, and maintain accountability systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a senior support role, preferably in a finance, accounting, or investment environment.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and project management software.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and deliver outcomes under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion.
