Strata Manager Assistant

  • Develop and implement strategies for effective strata management
  • Manage strata and trust accounting functions, including budgeting, levy management, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to stakeholders, lot owners, and committees
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans for improving strata operations and achieving business objectives
  2. Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of strata transactions and activities
  3. Communication: Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders, lot owners, and committees on strata matters
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to ensure efficient and effective strata management
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in strata management, preferably in Western Australia
  • Strong working knowledge of WA strata legislation
  • Demonstrated experience in trust accounting and financial management within a strata context
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and problem-solving capability
  • Proficiency in Stratafy software
