Job Title: Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team in delivering exceptional financial planning, analysis, and reporting services.

This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and product-focused teams, gaining exposure to financial planning, analysis, and reporting. As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Product Marketing and Product Development teams.

  • Deliver actionable insights through analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives in collaboration with Product Managers.
  • Play an active role in the budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  • Compile and assess monthly financial commentary to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and clearly presented.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Manage and continuously improve financial models and reporting tools to support effective analysis.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and preferably experience using SAP and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with a proactive and structured approach to tasks.
