The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Traackr software, enabling them to deliver engaging training sessions and seamless onboarding programs. They will excel at simplifying complex concepts, troubleshoot issues, and contribute significantly to our product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure customer proficiency.
- Deliver timely responses to user inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvement.
