
Customer Advocate

A results-driven Customer Advocate is sought after to excel in ensuring customer satisfaction.
This key role will require a deep understanding of our products and their applications, enabling the successful management of customer relationships.

Evaluate customer needs and tailor solutions to meet business goals, leveraging product capabilities for maximum ROI.
Develop strategic plans for successful adoption, including regular cadences with customers to ensure optimal utilization of our platform.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with IT and business executive stakeholders through efficient communication and reliable support.
Provide expert guidance on feature utilization, address dissatisfaction or feature gaps, and drive retention throughout the customer life cycle.
Proactively share insights and relay customer feedback with internal teams, fostering collaborative growth and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
At least 3-5 years' experience in direct enterprise-level customer success, consulting, or account management for a SaaS company.
Prior experience working with Contact Center technology as a provider or in operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences, and proven project management expertise.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management.
