Collectors Representative

We seek an accomplished Collector to play a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be results-driven and professional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue accounts via phone and email, negotiating payment arrangements and settlements, and maintaining detailed records of all collection activities.
