Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to a curated list of potential clients using a customized calling script.

  • Generate and maintain high-quality leads for equipment upgrades, contributing to the sales pipeline.

  • Enhance visibility and interest in client's products and services within target markets.

  • Build and nurture relationships with new prospects and existing clients to cultivate long-term business partnerships.

  • Accurately enter and track lead information daily in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce.

  • Gather and document key data points during conversations to inform future project opportunities.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve lead generation targets and contribute to market penetration strategies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with strong verbal abilities to effectively convey messages and engage with potential clients over the phone.

  • Experience in telemarketing or a similar role, demonstrating an understanding of outbound calling and lead generation in a B2B environment.

  • Understanding of sales processes including familiarity with sales pipelines, lead generation strategies, and deal nurturing.

Experience and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.

  • Strong ability to use a predefined calling script while maintaining consistency in messaging and branding.

  • Team collaboration skills, with a willingness to work as part of a team, share insights, and contribute to collective objectives.
