Customer Engagement Representative

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Engagement Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our services or may benefit from our assistance.

Responsibilities include qualifying leads by gathering necessary information about their case or legal needs, clearly communicating the value of our services, and scheduling appointments or consultations with our attorneys.

You will also maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment, and collaborate with our marketing team to align on outreach strategies and messaging.

To succeed in this role, you must have 1–3 years of experience in a call center, legal intake, sales, or client outreach role, preferably in a legal or service-based industry. You should possess excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, as well as the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and professionally to a non-legal audience.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Client-Centered Approach: Empathetic and patient demeanor with a focus on understanding client needs.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems to track and update client interactions.
  • Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets, including appointment setting and lead conversion rates.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with legal terminology or experience in a law firm, legal intake, or insurance claims environment is a plus.
