Phone Research Agent Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Phone Research Agent to collect data on provider services and evaluate consumer experiences through phone inquiries.

  • Perform outbound calling and initiate offline inquiries according to campaign targets
  • Knowledge of data research and analysis
  • Engage clients in phone conversations as potential customers in a professional manner
  • Gather predetermined data about provider services
  • Document conversations with precision and clarity
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling US Banking, Loans, and Mortgages voice accounts
  • In-depth understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOC, and refinancing
  • Familiarity with key terms such as APR, origination fee, prepayment penalty, DTI ratio, and credit score impact
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience making outbound verification/info-gathering calls to US lenders/banks
  • Ability to read lender materials (rate sheets, fee schedules, Loan Estimates) and capture data with zero-defect accuracy
  • Clear, neutral spoken English; strong note-taking; high attention to detail
