Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Description

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. This role involves promoting our financial solutions and services to clients in Southeast Asia, with a focus on developing strong relationships and driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable appearing on camera, and possess strong time management and professionalism skills. They will also have prior sales experience, preferably in the finance industry, and be proficient with computer software tools.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to handle pressure and work effectively in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong personal brand, including experience in creating self-promotional content and videos.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and promote our financial solutions and services to clients in Southeast Asia
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Represent the company at events and conferences, and create engaging video content
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers and community groups
  • Host webinars and provide regular customer guidance and support
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting livestreams/webinars
  • Strong time management and professionalism skills
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in the finance industry
  • Proficiency with computer software tools, including HubSpot CRM and email marketing software
  • Conversational English for internal communication
  • Ability to handle pressure and work effectively in a remote environment
Benefits
  • Starting salary of $500 per week, plus unlimited commission potential
  • Flexible working hours, with 5 days per week, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
