Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Staff to join our team at PearlPay Inc. As an integral member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our organization by providing expert HR guidance and advice to employees across various departments.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, with previous experience in an HR support role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels. Additionally, you will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR guidance and advice to employees across various departments, addressing their queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, performance reviews, and other essential documentation.
- Support in managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs, aligning them with the company's objectives and goals.
- Administer payroll, including timesheet management and leave tracking, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing clear and concise guidance.
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and supporting disciplinary actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on relevant changes and updates.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR support role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
