Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Partnership Manager to join our team. This dynamic role is all about championing client relationships, sparking growth, and steering strategic initiatives.

  • Growing successful partnerships across a set of clients under minimal mentorship of an Account Director and support of an Account Executive
  • Understanding and meeting clients' needs through meaningful conversations and consistent engagement
  • Building purposeful account plans to address clients' priorities and identify commercial opportunities
  • Translating commercial opportunities into relevant proposals to help answer clients' business questions and achieve the team's commercial target
  • Delivering impactful stories/presentations that will help craft clients' strategies
  • Guiding the Account Executive on their day-to-day tasks and ensuring the development of their career
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in Account Management, Client Partnership/Consulting, Market Research. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Quantitative and handling and interpreting sophisticated quantitative data
  • MS Office: Powerpoint and excel
  • Skills and experience in building and delivering presentations
  • Able to provide insights, do networking, and negotiation
  • Agile, flexible, and proactive
