Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent English communication skills (C1 or native)
  • Experience in tech or SaaS customer support, ideally through live chat, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional solutions
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fundamental understanding of web hosting concepts, including domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting
