- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience, staying informed about evolving customer needs and expectations.
- Contribute to the development of innovative tools and processes, driving smarter support that improves the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and product updates to provide accurate and effective assistance.
- Fluent English communication skills (C1 or native)
- Experience in tech or SaaS customer support, ideally through live chat, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional solutions
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Fundamental understanding of web hosting concepts, including domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting
- In-depth knowledge of web hosting technologies, server management, and performance optimization
- Proficiency with content management platforms, hosting control panels, email services, domain management systems, and customer support platforms
