Customer Communications Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned customer support specialist to own customer communications and provide solutions from initial contact until resolution.
About the RoleThis role is pivotal in scaling our support function by maintaining knowledge base resources, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Become an expert in product features and capabilities.
- Owning customer inquiries and issues from initial contact through to resolution.
- Cultivate customer feedback and contribute to product direction.
- IDentify and escalate technical issues or solve problems collaboratively with the development team.
- Develop and refine processes to scale support with business growth.
- Create and maintain internal and external documentation.
- Prior experience in customer support.
- Familiarity with software systems like Zapier, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Intercom.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to handle constructive criticism and remain open-minded.
- Work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
