Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Advocate Representative to join our team. As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for driving revenue through live chat interactions, identifying buying signals, delivering persuasive product insights, and converting interest into sales.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including chat-to-close rate, monthly revenue quotas, and other key metrics.
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven track record of achieving top performance in previous roles.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple conversations at once in a fast-paced environment.
