Program Overview
This program offers hands-on experience in office administration, document handling, and supporting accounts receivable processes.
Key Learning Objectives:
• Office Administration: Gain expertise in efficiently managing day-to-day office operations, including handling inquiries and supporting senior staff during their fieldwork.
• Develop AR Support Skills: Acquire experience in AR processes by assisting with follow-up calls to customers and understanding collection workflows.
• Document Handling Proficiency: Build skills in managing incoming shipments and documents, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
• Strengthen Communication: Enhance professional communication by interacting with customers and internal teams to support collections and office management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or similar; coursework is in business administration, office administration, or a related field is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• No prior experience is required; previous administrative or clerical experience is beneficial.
• For internship, more than 300 hours is required.
