Job Accountabilities
  • Supporting senior management with marketing initiatives and team collaboration.
  • Performing tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing poll data.
  • Collecting online marketing analytics to track website and social media performance.
  • Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.
  • Organizing events, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Creating and distributing digital content for company websites and social media pages.
  • Developing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, testing, and performance review.
  • Communicating about marketing strategies and promoting effective teamwork.
  • Understanding company products, services, and brands.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive marketing database.
  • Providing administrative support to cross-functional teams.
  • Preparing, formatting, and editing various documents.
  • Interpreting reports and providing insights.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, business, or related field.
  • Digital marketing experience, preferably with Google software expertise.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and materials such as brochures and press releases.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
