Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead multifaceted marketing campaigns, drive lead generation, and foster strategies for a diverse portfolio of B2B clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a background in professional services marketing, managing multiple clients, and running campaigns across various digital marketing formats. They should be adept at developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies, coordinating events and podcasts, designing email nurturing sequences, overseeing website and social media content creation, and expertly managing campaign automation tools like HubSpot.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust content strategies focused on educational content and lead generation through SEO, tailored to both business goals.
  • Coordinate and promote events, adjusting strategies to optimize reach and engagement for various target audiences.
  • Design personalized email nurturing sequences for multiple clients, aligning them with sales funnels and conversion objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging website and social media content across various client projects, ensuring consistent brand messaging and user interaction.
  • Expertly manage HubSpot for campaign automation, CRM activities, and lead tracking across multiple client accounts.
  • Plan, design, and manage advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms, including strategic planning, budget allocation, performance tracking, and optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with specialized contractors to address diverse marketing needs, ensuring their work aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to analyze marketing campaigns and deliver actionable insights across multiple client projects.
  • Strong marketing reporting skills, with the ability to tailor reports for specific clients or stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading multiple marketing campaigns for different clients simultaneously.
  • Proficient in email and blog writing, with versatility to adapt tone and style for various B2B audiences.
  • Basic graphic design skills, capable of creating visually appealing material for different target demographics.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, with the ability to manage complex campaigns and client activities within the platform.
  • Experience managing diverse marketing formats, including podcasts, content creation, and social media.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams, including CMOs and freelancers, and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Client-oriented, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Lead generation and developing marketing strategies for both the company and B2B client accounts.
  • Marketing for service-based businesses, especially within professional services.
  • Experience as a marketing consultant managing multiple clients.
  • Event organization, including podcasts and webinars.
