Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Marketing Specialist to drive growth and success in our IT solutions, software, and services. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented marketer to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts to enhance product positioning, accelerate adoption, and drive revenue growth.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to inform GTM decisions.
  3. Build and refine customer segmentation models to optimize targeting and personalized messaging.
  4. Create and enhance sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and whitepapers to support sales teams.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging.
  6. Drive demand generation initiatives by supporting digital campaigns, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  7. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure GTM effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  1. 8+ years of experience in product marketing within IT, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  2. Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for IT solutions.
  3. Proven track record of launching and scaling technology products in global markets.
  4. Strong storytelling, messaging, and strategic thinking skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms.
  6. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field.
