We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and grow our brand's presence across social media platforms and web pages. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and website management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create, curate, and manage daily content (text, images, videos) across all social media platforms
  • Monitor social media trends and insights to enhance engagement and optimize content
  • Manage and update web pages, ensuring that content remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with branding
  • Work on basic website updates, including blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia integration
  • Implement and manage subscription-based features on websites. Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an engaged online community
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with overall brand messaging
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and web management

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and basic website management
  • Bilingual candidates preferred
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Experience with web content management systems (WordPress, Wix, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work onsite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in paid social media advertising
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO optimization tools
  • Understanding of brand voice and storytelling techniques
  • Experience implementing subscription-based features on websites
