About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Customer Operations Specialists, providing timely and critical support to customers worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries via chat, email, and phone

• Resolving support tickets from initiation to resolution

• Escalating issues to subject matter experts when necessary

• Updating support content (FAQs, user guides) based on recurring issues and product updates

• Auditing and reviewing AI Bot responses to ensure iterative improvements in the support function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer tickets efficiently, ensuring seamless hand-offs for complex cases.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues, implementing changes based on customer feedback.
  • Revise and update support materials to reflect current processes and solutions.
Requirements

We're looking for a recent graduate or experienced professional with 2+ years in customer solutions, preferably in tech or healthcare. You'll need:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support platforms.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
